I'll be honest, I'm 3 months out and down 40 lbs. I'll indulge, no where near as much as I use too (weekly basis). Maybe once a month. For example a mc griddle meal. I'll take off the top part of the griddle and eat a half in one sitting. 3 hrs later the other have, 3 hrs later the hash brown. Instead of pop or juice I get a large cup of Water. I'm a realist, I'm human and like to treat myself every now in then. I don't have the weekly cravings which is amazing!

This is a first for me! Your only 6 months, you have several months before you completely stop. Let us know your outcome after your meeting good luck!

I use to be super regular same time every morning like clock work pre surgery. Now post, I don't eat no where as much as I use to. 2 1/2 months out every 3-4 days is regular.

I go out maybe 3x wk. I'm about 6 wks out. I can get full off a cup of Soup or eat half an appetizer. My immediate fam knows. But if I'm not with them I tell whoever I ate before I came or have another eating engagement and want to eat light.
Normally were so busy talking for them to notice I barely ate anything.

My doc subscribed me pain meds (hydrocodone) after surgery. I used it to get through my episodes....it worked wonders!

I recommend you get in contact with your surgeon hopefully he can put you back on track. Good luck!

I recommend you visit nashanutrition.com and order sample packets. Or try a local GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. Good luck!

In my case of jumping through hurdles I found out I had sleep apnea. I was sleeved 3/14, as of today I'm 20 lbs lighter. My sleep study dr told me at a recent follow up dr if I loose 20 more lbs within 5 months I need to reschedule another sleep study to get my pressure re evaluated.
Generally once you loose 25% of your body fat within 6 month time frame you have to meet with your dr and they will determine if you need to stay on. Good luck!

I purchased mine from Sams. Everyday I have a Premier Protein shake for breakfast and a premier Protein bar in the evening when I get the munchies. Combined it equals 58 grams which is close to my minimum goal of 60 grams per day.

I'm 16 days out. I haven't had nausea or any complications. My dr advanced me on stage 3 four days early because my sleeve was doing well.
The trick is small bites, chewing 25-30 times while mixing it with saliva in your mouth. It sounds gross but it makes the food go down much easier!
Good luck

6 weeks out today. Lost 2 pounds this week for a total of 28 pounds (10 pre/18 post). Those 2 could have taken some buddies with them. Okay, not complaining. I'll take the 2 and be happy. Second day back at work now and the new challenge is getting in enough Protein and Water through the day. I pack for Breakfast, lunch and Snacks. Yesterday I didn't finish lunch and today I never ate a snack. And water is even worse. I'm only getting through a full 16 oz bottle and a little of a second. This makes evening challenging, so much more to take in to make the base numbers. Yesterday I only got to 60 oz water and that was pushing it. Today I've only gotten 24 oz water and 38 g protein and it's already nearly 5:30. I go to bed around 9. Ugh. On the plus side I've got the meds/vits plotted out well and all taken. Baby steps.
Today was my first day back. I was overwhelmed by playing catch up. I forgot about my water and Vitamin schedule . Tomorrow is a new day!

I started my journey 6/13, and was sleeved 3/14. Only people I told was my mom, husband, 1sister, and two older kids.
I have two other sisters and family who I decided not to tell. I do not intend on telling them either. Just my personal choice because I'm not really close. My reasoning, you didn't care enough to intervene when I was obese, why include you in my choice to do something about it??
I don't need negative nannies (family/friends/acquaintances) in my life passing judgement or asking me questions I don't care to respond to. They can see my success from the sideline .

Have someone rub it up towards your neck in hope to burp it out. Maybe neck/shoulder exercise?
