    can we say .. EMBARRASSED!

I also had mine the day of surgery. I wasn't allowed to wear a tampon. I also wasn't allowed to wear my own panties. They gave me a pair that were kind of gauzy and I was able to put a pad in them. When I woke up, they were both gone. There was a disposable bed pad under me an I was able to use a tampon /pad when I got out of bed.

    Not bragging but.....

I also had very manageable pain from the beginning. As far as food consumption goes, I'm five weeks out and I am allowed purees for now. I'm down 33lbs. I do struggle with water and food because I feel full after just a little bit. I'm still in shock that I went through this and I do have some wicked cravings, but it was what I needed. It amazes me that dealing with food is more traumatic than the actual surgery!

Im not sure what's considered bad or good. I drink slowly throughout the day but not 4oz at once. I can EAT 4oz at a time but I am also 5 weeks out

No pain at all. I do get gassy on the day of action but that's it. I was thinking of adding something to my water to go more often but quite honestly I forget about not going.

I have only moved my bowels once a week since I've been sleeved. When I was able to eat yogurt I did eat the entire 6oz container a few times. It's been 5 weeks and I can only eat half before I am full.
  8. Someone recently told me that DD has changed their recipe and that its intolerable to people, even ones who have not had surgery. I have it up long before surgery because it was making me ill
