  4. I am not there yet, still dealing with insurance., once I have mine I will have more input, but how is it going since the surgery, my best friends daughter had this done and she is doing good on the surgery, and my sister in law and neice had it done and have not had a chance to discuss it in detail. love to hear how it goes along this life journey you are on, cindy

  6. Hi there, I am still trying to decide which insurance to go with to start this process. I hope your insurance lets you go forward, I have been contemplating this surgery for over a year and I have finally decided to go on and try to have this done. I will be 50 in October 2008 and have too many medical problems to mention but I am so looking forward to the life change that would take place once it is done. I lost 55 pounds and gained that back plus more and now can not take it off. I am praying that your insurance covers your surgery so I can breath a little easier on my end. too. I hope you find out soon. Cindy
  7. same to you on your surgery, cant help with anything, I am still in the insurance search stage. I hope to be among those banded in 2008. good luck, on surgery and keep us posted. cindy
  8. I cant help with what you are going thru but my prayers are with you, keep us posted on how it is going, I am hoping to be right behind you in a few months. Good luck with the liquid diet.
  9. I am not banded yet. I am still discussing insurance options with husband, He wants to choose blue cross federal basic and I am leaning toward bluecross federal standard. I really wish I knew which way to choose to get quick approval. I am at the weight where people think that I am actually not obese enough to consider the surgery. But these people have never had to deal with the weight issues that I have had to deal with. It is going to happen just dont know when, where or which one. I have been contemplating this for over a year so it is not a quick decision on my part, something I have really thought about. I plan on hanging in here with you guys. Cindy:help:I can use all I can get.
