It doesn't seem as if many people have this same surgery date as me That's ok, I can still follow others who've had it shortly before or after me. 5 more days!!! I've already lost 4 pounds on the pre-op diet food that I started Monday.

1 month from surgery...nervous about pre-op diet

My pre-op, 1-week diet consists of pre-packaged food that I had to buy from the bariatric center. I'll eat 6 times a day, but it only adds up to around 800 calories. I think I'll do okay. It seems every doctor has different pre-op diets. Hope you can get one you can handle! -

Does anyone use a rebounder (mini trampoline) as part of their regular exercise routine? I have one that I've used off and on for a couple years, but I'd like to be able to use it more as I start weighing less, and was just wondering how it has been working out for others who use one.
