Well it is official, I am having my surgery at the end of this month and one thing I am concerned with is the Anti-nausea meds they give you after surgery. I had a very bad experience after oral surgery that I am attributing to anti-nausea meds seeing as most of them have racing heart as a side effect. I had tachycardia that lasted for a few days. I don't want to experience this again and I am scared. Anyone else have this happen to them?

202. ONEDERLAND here I come

I'm so excited! down 51 lbs since Easter. Surgery was on April 29, just three months ago.
However, once i hit 211, I started getting excited. Then at 208, I was starting to anticpiate the feeling of getting close to the big 199 mark. Now at 204, I can see it in the near future, and I'm practically giddy!!!!!
I haven't been below 200 in over 14 years. I just can't wait. Does anyone else remember getting this excited about nearing that number?

I second the Lelo... pricy but the other toys just never seem to get any play time after getting one. lol.

Check out the Lelo line. A little more expensive but Fabulous. I think the Ida is for both.
They have a great warranty too. I've had mine for two years and it still works as well as the day I got it

I haven't had a chance to weigh til today. 214! I haven't been below 218 in over ten years

218. Looks like I might reach that goal soon. So excited. I haven't been this low in fifteen years

I am only just beginning but this was one of my first questions for the dietician. She told me not to eat bigger meals but to just add one more meal when I'm ready for maintenance

This has been my experience as well. People that know me know I've struggled and yoyoed for years. They are just glad I've found a way to hopefully keep it off.

230 today. Didn't get a chance to weigh yesterday
Only one pound in a week and a half? That's frustrating

Today I put on size 20 "skinny" jeans... And took a picture in the mirror and sent it to my partner.
During our conversation, he texted me:
"You are at the point where the phrase "you look fantastic" no longer needs the follow up "compared to where you were". You simply look fantastic."
