Tomorrow will be 8 weeks since surgery. I'm feeling fine physically, but emotionally I've been kinda depressed. Not sure if it's surgery related or just this time of year. Any thoughts??

Hi Tonya. Sorry to hear that you have been depressed. Have you had depression in the past? Maybe all of this was a bit of a let down. You will achieve your weight loss goals and even though we know in our heads it takes time it is easy to want everything changed sooner rather than later. Could that be it?
