Really craving chicken tuna and eggs

I wasn't permitted anything like that on phase II. No fruit, no grains, no nuttin'! I made the mistake of pureeing salmon because others on the site said they were permitted to do it. Yeah...bad idea. You may be craving because you need more Protein. Ask can you add a little lowfat milk to your Protein drinks, it may help.

    Weight gain

Right after I started working out, I gained 4 pounds. It took about a week, but everything adjusted and I am back to losing.
  3. Since I had surgery every crazy situation that could occur has! Some things are just life, but other things are providence. I believe that some of the relational issues that have popped up have done so because I needed to see and accept the truth, rather than trying to medicate the dysfunction with an extra porkchop and extra potatoes. Perhaps this is your opportunity to see and accept the truth about your husband's character. I am not saying run out on emotion and call the attorneys, I am saying really look at the situation for what it is and decide how you are going to respond. However you respond, don't negotiate with your self esteem, and your integrity---that's what kept us fat for so long. Respond in such a way that celebrates a new way of thinking...whether your divorce him or not; you don't have to tolerate infidelity, and I believe you deserve better than that. I am praying for you...and standing with you, that together we will no longer tolerate abuse in any form.

Unexpected NSV - I'll take it!

Thank you for sharing that. I was having a moment; wondering if I would ever have a normal life again. You made my day.

    frustrated

I feel the same way. I feel like I will never actually enjoy what I eat ever again. I eat because I have to. Maybe that's where I need to be, but honestly I am not sure. I cook for a living, so I just eat vicariously through my clients.

    Craving food

I did the same thing. I am a caterer, so what I realized somewhere along the way, that I wasn't really hungry....I just wanted to cook! So I went back to work a little early. Try a chewable antacid in addition to what your dr prescribed. It reduces the acid that makes you feel hunger pain. Someone on this site recommended it to me, and it REALLY helped, but I was happy to see an egg too...even though I hate them .

Hey...I did not know this was here. I was sleeved on 1/22. I hit the wall on 2/14 and had to go in the hospital for dehydration, but I am back on track now. I am down 54.lbs, and off of two meds. WHOOO HOOOOO!!!! Glad to be in the number!!!! Hi Everybody!!!!
  9. Sorry, meant drinking. On clear liquid diet for two weeks. Drinking broth, unjury powder, sf jello,sf popsicle, and hot tea
  10. Hi All: I had surgery on last Wednesday 01/22/14. I was really nauseous the first couple of days. I am not so nauseous now, but I seem to have a lot of acid going on in my stomach. With that being said, I really cannot tell hunger from acid, and I cant really judge a full point; I stop eating just before I begin to ache. I am scared that I won't know when to stop eating and and I won't know what true hunger is. Can anyone relate? is this normal? Any insight will be great.
