    CPAP Problems!

Ask your sleep dr what they think of you modifying your own settings. It isn't difficult to allow your dr to read your card and make the changes on their own. Just like when you need a rx change you don't do it on your own. You see the dr. If there wast a reason to have clinical menus and keep people from adjusting their machines, they wouldn't set them up that way to begin with. To each their own. Do as you wish. Sounds like the real problem is your sleep health practice doesn't do enough follow up with their patients.

    CPAP Problems!

Changing settings on your cpap machine is just like going to a pharmacy and grabbing a higher dose med on your own. These machines do effect your respiratory system. I have worked in sleep health for years. It is highly recommended that you allow your dr to prescribe necessary changes, not just adjust it on your own.
  3. I am hoping for July. Just waiting for insurance approval. Surgeon says there is room for me in July, I just hope to get my approval early enough to be mid month, not the end.

    NEWBIES..... LETS STICK TOGETHER

I just finished my 6 months on Monday. Then found out my surgeon was retiring, so I just met with a different surgeon from the same office Thursday. I actually liked him better than my original. Everything should be submitted to insurance today and I'm hoping for surgury in July.

Coeur D Alene Idaho Lets Chat

Just did my seminar and met with surgeon this week. I have to do 6 months weight monitoring at my Dr's before my sleeve. Considering St. Lukes, but not positive. I may interview more surgeons as this is a life time investment and change.
