    December post ops

Yes thank you. I wear one everyday its the only way I can survive but lately it's getting worse. I can't sit it the car for a long period of time because it's pain that is very uncomfortable. I was planning on calling my doctor cuz before Motrin would help with all my body pain due to carrying the weight. Of course the hydrocodone I only take at night when I need it but during the day I don't want to take it cuz I'm a RT and I don't feel comfortable with taking that.

    December post ops

Hello everyone! I'm two pounds away to hit my 50lbs mark! But I've been going through a nauseous stage just thinking about food makes me sick. That's 1 problem the second problem is that I'm having a lot of back pain I work 12-14 he shifts and constantly on my feet my stomach has to be the blame cuz it just hangs. I've been taking the Hydrocodone that I was given for pain after the surgery but do I keep taking that or is there another medication I can take. Plain Tylenol doesn't do nothing. Before I would take Motrin for my horrible menstrual cramps but can't take that anymore. ?

    Jan post-op RNY 2014

Hi and congrats! I had my surgery on 12/3/13 and till this day I still struggle to eat. Even though it's not a good thing but sometimes with life begins so busy I forget to eat sometimes. Its hard but I found that My fitness Pal helps me with reminder and log everything. If you can't finish it don't save it and start again in 1 a hour. I've learned to listen to your body when it tells you no more than it's no more.
  10. Hello everyone my name is Victoria had my surgery on 12/3/13 start weight was 270 current weight is 233. No complication no pain no vomiting just trying to follow everything by the book. I still an unable to intake the right amount of water and still struggle with food. The beginning of this month I started to work out and feel great. Only thing is that everyone notices the result but I don't? Some people also say that my personality has changed not in a bad way buy not in a good way either? I think it may be me adjusting to everything. Not sure if anyone is going through the same thing?
