  3. I'm 1yr. 5 Mon. Out and so far lost130 lbs. With 7 more to go. Awesome transformation. I downloaded my fitness pal app. And enter all food and exercises. No cheating....oh and by the way I'm 54 yes. Old
  4. Before my surgery I always ate. After surgery I'm never hungry. I don't think about food. I have to look at the clock to see when to eat. Its like my hunger button turned off. I have a hard time getting enough protein and water in. I feel full all the time

  7. Hi there. I'm 1 yr. 4 Mon. Out. Lost 130 lbs. 7 more to go. I've hit a plateau for like a month now. Very annoying. The last ten lbs. Is the hardest. I just have to be patient.. it will come off when its ready to come off. People loose at different rates. I too have a hard time getting protein and water in. But I keep on drink, drink, drink, and chew, chew, chew......

  10. Hi...good luck on your surgery. I was in the hospital for 7 days. The 1st 4 days, i was throwing up night and day. I also had very loose poop. I felt like crap and couldn't keep water down. Then on the 5th day i woke up and felt better, everyday feeling better. 7th day i went home. Happy halloween..
  11. After surgery, I stayed in hospital for 7 days. After I went home my husband was there to help. Yes it really helps to have help. Your stomach will be sore so it helps to have a pillow handy to hug it. It helps with stomach pain.

  13. I had mine June 17 2013. 130 lbs. Gone 7 tiny lbs to go. This is the hardest last 10 lbs. I hit a plateau for a couple weeks. But I'm loving mirrors ,clothes and the scale. Weird huh?
  14. I think what you are feeling is normal. I felt the same. Try to think on how awesome you will feel being lighter. It is such a natural high that will keep on going. I love it

  17. I was thinking of going vegetarian. Not sure how to get protein in with out animals , dairy products. Any input?

  19. Not enough nutrition will make you lightheadness. I agree with checking blood pressure meds. After loosing 100 lbs, I felt lightheaded, kinda dingy..Dr. reduced my meds. And now I'm much better. Have a great day.

  21. Ur welcome. I too freeked out when clumps fell out in shower. Thank god its temporary.
  22. I'm 1year 4 month post op. My hair started thinning couple months out . It lasted for what seemed like forever. Last moth it almost stopped falling out. Got a good haircut. Much better. Surgery.is very stressful on the body. As your body adjusts it will stopped. And yes it will grow back. I'm on 80 g. Protein. Have a great day
