  1. Tomorrow will be 8 weeks since surgery. I'm feeling fine physically, but emotionally I've been kinda depressed. Not sure if it's surgery related or just this time of year. Any thoughts??

R u exercising.. I know it is kind of hard to exercise when u feel down, but force yourself to do some walking. My personal experience is that when I get myself tired .i do get a little depressed..I then slow down and get needed rest. Hope u r feeling better soon.

Exercise this time of year is necessary for me to feel better.Right now, I'm doing 20 minutes a day on the elliptical, and it's enough.

Thank you all. I am on an anti depressant and have been for years, so this is not my first time feeling this way. I'm not exercising right now either :( I'm sure it would help if I did.
