    11 weeks post op today and I'm down 46 pounds! I'm happy about this, but struggling with severe physical pain since Valentine's day :( I have an MRI scheduled for tomorrow morning, but still won't have answers until the follow up appointment on March 5th. They think I might have a herniated disc!

    Tomorrow will be 8 weeks since surgery. I'm feeling fine physically, but emotionally I've been kinda depressed. Not sure if it's surgery related or just this time of year. Any thoughts??

      Thank you all. I am on an anti depressant and have been for years, so this is not my first time feeling this way. I'm not exercising right now either :( I'm sure it would help if I did.
