I am a wife & mother of four. I also have struggled with my weight for 10+ years. It had gotten so out of control, and my body so achy and tired, I felt it was time for a serious change. I saught out doctors in my immediate area & found through our local hospital their program twoddoctors to choose from. I and my husband went to the seminar and I chose Dr Shinn for his very informative kind personality. My surgery day & two days in the hospital were easy. I am now 8 days post surgery & the hardest so far is getting my protein in. I am staying thirsty & craving water and salt. I am going to start my stage 3 tomorrow.
