this is before 340lbs this is after at my lowest point 265-270 and somewhat recent/ had a minor set back with about 25pounds but currently getting back on track

hello everyone just dropping by to show some love...im 25 years old..i got banded back in july 31st of 07 and ive dropped 75lbs so far, 55lbs to go for my goal...hope to share tips and experiences with fellow bandsters.

Hey im in miami (Doral area)..i got banded in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic back in july 31st by Dr. Ramirez. So far ive dropped 75 lbs and i just got my first fill on 01/04/08. i wish to meet people around here so we can share experiences and tips.
