Have lost 40 lbs since Pre-op diet and not one soul has noticed (except me). I don't mind it though, I dread any attention to my weight at all.

It took 30 pounds for people to notice it on me. And most of them say very little, I think out of jealousy. Go ahead and strut your peacock feathers. At some point, they won't be able to hold back their questions!
