I know we all wish for what we don't have oh my lord what I would give to have larger tah tahs..all of my sisters have huge ones I have no idea what happened to me but I have more than my share of tushy! Hey there! I think at some point we all have. I haven't been sleeved yet but March I will be. There are times I can't sleep from being so excited then there are times I feel scared out if my mind for several reasons. This is a huge deal and is a life changing event so I think the nervous jitters are very normal. Welcome to the boards you will find tons of info and support here.

I've never heard of skin brushing. Can you share some info on how this is done and the concept behind it?

Hey thicvic ur post prior to surgery u were concerned about the pain so go ahead run it down please. How bad was it, what have u found helpful so far, and was there anything u didn't take to the hospital u wished u did???

I hear that! Not sure what I will do just yet I don't even have Facebook but I enjoy the forums and watching the videos on YouTube. seeing others transformations right before my eyes is so motivating just not sure I can do them.

Bella omggggggg look at you you look great. I absolutely cannot wait to get sleeved and began the journey to change my life. I feel mentally and physically ready. My knees kill me with exercise and long days when I'm on my feet for extended periods the bottom of my feet burn and hurt so bad. You look great kudos to you! I will look up the bio oil. Lainey so glad all went well and your coming along just fine. Are you on YouTube or planning to document your journey in a similar fashion? My 21 year old daughter is being sleeved in March as well my poor hubby will be pulling his hair out caring for us both lol but she's planning to do the YouTube thing. I love watching everyone else's progress but not sure about doing one myself.

Yeah I was firm on band I felt it was less invasive surgery but as I weighed out my options I feel good about my choice to be sleeved. I can't wait til my surgery date to began this journey I can't tell u how long I've dreamed of being able to get this weight off. I originally had Aetna but my group had a exclusion but I switched carriers had to start my 6 months over but thank God it's finally gonna happen. I'm talking about this has been am emotional roller coaster but we'll worth the struggles.

Splatt I originally was going to get the band but after meeting with surgeon and visiting utube seeing so many failed bands I decided to air on the side of caution as with my insurance I'm only allowed 1 WLS in a lifetime.
