Mines was a first try hit lol..I simply dispensed 8 ounces out my vue 700 threw that thermometer in it waited til it got to right at 140 degrees added my packet mixed it well than drank up. Totally delicious. I made my daughters with 8 ounces of warm almond milk still at 140ish degrees and it was heavenly. I love the fact it isn't really salty and have great flavor. Smelled like chicken broth too.

Premier Protein Shakes
CurvyCakes replied to sweetcheeks14's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
I absolutely love Premier Protein chocolate flavor. It's not too sweet no after taste and have 30 grams of protein with just a couple grams of carbs. I've been purchasing from Sam's but plan to order the strawberry off the premier protein website as the buzz is strawberry is even better but can only be ordered off their site. I'm not sure if that's true about not being in stores anywhere but I've only found chocolate & vanilla here in the Atlanta area. -
Welcome Casie! I will be sleeved March 24th and We have 3 young adult children ages 19, 21, & 22. Shop is closed for children and now working on reinventing /rediscovering me. I gave so much to my hubby of 23 years and our beautiful children that I lost myself. My weight continued to climb and before u know it here I stand at my highest weight ever. I couldn't be more excited about starting my weight loss journey as a sleever. I must admit I'm equally scared but definitely ready to proceed. Best of luck on ur WLS journey and stay in touch.

Saw my surgeon today and although I absolutely love her I wasn't happy my surgery date has been moved to the 24th as she's changed her surgery day. It is what it is and although I was disappointed but it's only a few more days. I'm so ready to be sleeved. For the first time in quite a while I feel in control and confident I'm getting a tool to help me get my life back. A healthier me and visits back to Express & Banana Republic here I come!!
