4. I know that seems like a lot of weight... but it is not... I get up to that same weight every winter... and then it comes off.... but I'm 10 years out...not 2... don't sweat it.... real talk... just go get busy...start small ... walk around the house... go up and down the steps.... constantly.... keep moving...turn on the radio and dance...dance dance...plz eliminate soda from your diet.... and late night snacking...buy some fruit... ITS GOING TO BE OK.... just start... one step at a time....I'm cheering you on... god bless.... its going to be ok
 5. for an obese person the right way is to never over eat... for an alcoholic the right way is to never take that first drink... for a drug addict the right way is to never try that first drug... and so on... but since we dont live in a perfect world... the right way is to survive and give other people the encouragement to do the same.... the right way for any one suffering from a disease is to go seek help... Do not let other peoples opinions override your own.... I chose to live... to be healthy.. to be active.. Who's life is it anyway?... its mines and I'm proud of my decision to have WLS... and if other people don't understand.... that's your issue not mine...

I lost my weight so quickly that I now have rhuematoid arthritis... I stay active. I refuse the medications because it causes lymphoma... no thanx to that... I take herbs.. I had a weight loss buddy. she didn't fair so well with the surgery. she ate food she should not have and got really sick... she had to get the surgery revised.... I have a lot of family that had the surgery when I did.... they have all gained around 25 pounds back... I gain I lo se... it never stays... gaining a little back is pretty normal. I wish all you guys success.
