1. I will be 50 in July had my RNY in 2004... best decision I ever made.... still at goal... life is freaking great...
2. sounds about normal to me... the weight gain that is...I actually gain from 10 to 15 pounds here and there, but for some strange reason I lose it all. the depression needs to be addressed... I can see why you get a little down.... we don't want to gain a pound... I'm a 10 year vet. so keep your head up and no matter what keep it moving somehow... good luck
3. I've been out out 10 yrs...gbs.... I know u r excited... every BODY is different.... no one on the face of this earth really, knows you... better than you... I've always been a mover even when I was at my largest... its so exciting to finally see the scale go down... relax... keep moving... but enjoy the downscale... we get so involved wih the decrease... we don't see the increase... its not about that 20' ish figure.. its about our health... regaining stenghth... defeating obesity... sleep apnea... high blood pressure. diabetes. only god knows what else.... relax ..enjoy...keep up the good work... but take time out just for YOU. YOU made the decision to take the chance...YOU made the decision to take the risk... YOU made the decision TRY... U DID IT... WORK FOR A HEALTHIER YOU... BUT ENJOY EVERY FREAKING MOMENT....BECAUSE ONE DAY YOU'LL BE 10 YEARS OUT... AND YOU'LL STILL BE AT GOAL....♡♥♡♥♡♥♡♥
4. thank you guys... I appreciate and respect your comments... its true, its sad to see a life end for any reason... but because of what ppl are going to say.... senseless... ppl are going to talk about you anyway...big or small... I hope my weight loss does encourage others... that is very important to me...
5. I am 10 years out.. I've stayed at 150 for 10 years... If I had to do this journey all over again... I'd do it in a minute... I don't push the surgery on anyone... it is a very personal decision. I've only approached 3 women in 10 years to look into it... there complaint: I would rather do it myself... the right way... all had families all had babies... found out a couple of years ago... all three women died... all heart attacks.. this surgery is not a cure for obesity... it is not a cheat either... its a tool.. this surgery saved my life... I promise, I am a very up beat person... but I've been holding this in for such a long time... it feels sooo good just to release it...
