  1. I had zero weight gain in about 9 months. Then i gained like 10lbs but was still eating correctly and working out like crazy. It was my body adjusting.. Ive sinced taken that 10lbs off plus another 6lbs and reached goal weight.. SO IT IS NORMAL!!! Keep going. Chris

  6. SPECIAL K BAD BAD BAD<<<< Personally your dietician is very correct.. Though i eat 4xs per day. about 6 ounces of Protein at each sitting and a cup of so of steamed veges or frozen veges. I eat about 1500+ calories per day now but i work out 7 days a week.. not so much cardio anymore casue im at goal.. I do 30 min cardio a day and weight lift 7 days a week.... Chris
  7. There is no average.. Its been 9+ months for me and ive dropped 200lbs! thats fast. SO there is truly no normal weight loss. Makes a difference if your a guy or a gal. etc etc .. How much you work out. How strict you are etc etc

  14. Well lets see.. normal is such vague word.. HMMMM.. NO> you should have restriction but lets just see.. Your better off feeling that way than the other way.. i had no complications at all but i know plenty of folks that had so so much trouble getting anything down for a long time. So keep plugging away and follow your designed plan... Chris

  16. Im trying to stop losing.. I cut cardio to 30 min per day. i lift weights 6 days per week. Im still dropping. Ive added calories to about 1400-1500 per day. I really cant eat anymore. Any suggestions.

  20. funny i was just the opposite.. 9 months after operation i am down almost 200lbs and i am never ever ever hungary .. i eat cause i have to buts it so odd i have never regained the hunger feeling.... Even i am amazed by it and they told me hunger would go away and like i said it never returned.. Chris

  22. Carlotta,, Im happy for u.. I have heard issues from some people. Both sides. One person loses it and and other gets worried and it causes issues as well as the person that has lost the weight wants to go "test the waters" and see if the grass is greener.. Its all about how strong your relationship is. I feel if the man is not supportive of your choice then it probably not going to last anyways. Just my opinion.. The partner should always be supportive. Chris
