Hello everyone! I am new to TriCare and haven't had much luck on finding any info. I had my surgery before I had TriCare, but I have now moved to a new area and need to find a doc for maintenance (fills, etc). Is this at all covered by TriCare? Thanks!

Thank you all so much! My schedule has normally allowed time to go home and make a meal, and the few times it did not I had Protein bars, but I didn't want to be using those for meals all the time.

Need some help with on the go meal ideas! Things that can be made ahead of time, etc! Thanks!
