My name is Hannah. Since I was 5 years of age I started to gain weight. By the time I turned 7 years old, I was 140 pounds. I've pretty much been an obese girl my whole life. The heaviest I've ever been is 400 pounds or a little over that, the day I had surgery I was 393 pounds. I've been at a plateau for 2 years with my weight after my surgery. My surgeon currently located in Macon, GA, Dr. Joseph Burnette performed my surgery on June 1, 2010. I am completely lost and need all the help I can get to reach my goal weight before I turn 26 years old! If I don't reach my goal weight befor then, it's clear that my insurance won't pay for my tummy tuck surgery...and the only way they said they'd pay for the procedure is if I get down to my goal weight. I've lost about a 100 pounds since surgery, but am desperate and need help reaching my goal weight I not only want to reach my goal weight before it's too late, but I finish college in a year and my fiance wants to get married around the time I graduate...I want to look and feel good for my health and my wedding. When I said I was lost...I literally mean I don't know what I'm supposed to do for my workouts, how much I'm supposed to eat to lose weight. The person that did my fills no longer works for the hospital that did my surgery and the hospital refuses to do my fills anymore let alone take care of my lap band problems. I need to know what I must do to get back on track...for example, what's my calorie limit, how much water do I need to drink daily, how hard should I push myself at the gym, should I be focusing more on cardio, weights, abs or all three, what is the exact amount of food I can eat at meal time, how do I reach my goal weight.
Note: my parents are Vegetarians (they don't eat real meat or fish) which means I can't either.
Any advice or information you may have about this situation please feel free to comment.
