Just make sure you have ready access to what you need at all times. This takes prep work and planning. There were a couple of times when I only packed one shake to take with me to work when I should have packed two. By the time I made it home I was extremely hungry and irritable. Don't let this happen to you. Better to pack more than you need & not use it than to not have what you need at all. Also, experiment with different flavored extracts even if you have to shop multiple stores t...
