    I can keep everything down. I've never thrown up or anything. I was given acid reducer meds. I take one every morning. It's just the heavier foods that give me indigestion when I eat them in the evening. So I'm going to try doing puree in the early afternoon and then full liquids the rest of the day.

    I'm on 2 a day as well. I've had to switch then up just so I didn't get sick of them. I bought Isopure drinks because they have 40 grams of Protein but they taste awful. We can do this!

    I have officially made it to the hundreds. I had surgery in December and I am down 30 pounds! I haven't been this size in years! I had a rough start with this journey but it's getting better everyday. I still have to remind myself to make the right choices when it comes to food but I'm doing a pretty good job:)

    I do mine with Greek yogurt, frozen fruit, 1/2 Protein Powder since Greek yogurt already has so much Protein. If it's too thick then I add some almond milk or sugar free juice

    I'm 6 weeks out and still have a hard time with fluids and Protein. I am often depressed about my decision. I keep questioning when this gets easier. Today is a bad day where I don't feel like eating anything at all. I worry about my calorie intake also.

    I love tattoos! They tell my story and have significant meaning to me. I have 5 right now. One of them is large across my chest. I want to get one to signify my journey thru all of this but I'm not sure what it would be. If you had to get a tattoo that represents what you have been thru with this weight loss journey, what would it be?

    I have a big chest piece. Mine is above my actual chest so I think I will be fine if I need surgery. However I would wait on that until after you know if you will need plastics or not. I'm not doing my upper arm until I know if I will need that or not

    Don't freak out...just a little stall. I would hit stalls for 2 weeks, then turn around and lose 5 lbs. the following week.
    You are human, you will eat things that you shouldn't, but it's not the end of the world. Just get back to doind what you know you need to do (eat healthy, i.e. lots of Protein and get as much exercise into your routine as you can)...and just do it!
    You just got sleeved on 12/23? C'mon, give yourself time to get into a routine...you got this!
    One bit of advice, don't be addicted to the scale and don't let the number on the scale be your only gauge for success. Pay more attention to how you feel...how your clothes fit...etc. Don't let the number on the scale define you.
    Everyone has their own opinion (you know the saying...), but I weighed every 3 days for the first few months, then went to weighing weekly...at the same time every week.
    I promise, before long you will look at this phase as a distant memory, as you are enjoying the heck outta your new life!

    Thanks everyone. I think it was the G2 I was drinking. I quit drinking it last night and so far so good this morning. I took mylanta last night and so far feel better today. Just doing liquids and yogurt for a couple days till I see my Doc.

    I'm 3 weeks out. I'm doing pretty good. Not handling pureed foods very well because they sit heavy in my stomach but I do great on full liquids and with Water.< /p>

    I'm on the pureed stage to and I haven't actually pureed anything. I'm the same, the thought of pureed meat makes me sick. I do tuna with mayo, mixed really well, egg whites, fruit smoothies.< /p>

    OK I am 20 days post op and really struggling to get 60 grams of Protein in. I'm in the pureed food stage now. I do a Protein Shake in the morning but then just take bites of stuff the rest of the day. I average about 40-45 grams of protein a day. How do people do it? I'm just not hungry. And on top of it trying to drink all the Water I'm supposed to have. Help!

    Thank you for the responses. The first week or so it was easier for me because I would drink Protein Shakes 3 times a day and that right there was over 60. However now I am so sick of them that getting 1 in takes me over an hour. I think I may try blending some yogurt and soft fruit with Protein Powder. Maybe if it's more like a smoothie or will be easier for me to drink
