I looked back over my notes and that's what they told us we would have to take for nutrients, guess my dr. Had other plans. I like only having to take 1 pill a day.

Just wondering what Vitamins you guys are taking. My doc. Has me on prenate elite and ferocon. I alternate days taking them, so far all blood work is good. Oh, I'm down 50lb surgery date 3-17, inches coming of nicely and building muscle mass so I'm pleased. Keep up the good work all.

by the way I'm free in June . Have the time of your life!!Surgery was March 24th. 39 lbs gone... I promised myself the first 40 lbs I lost I was going to do something for me on my bucket list. Excited to say I booked my trip to Central America(Belize) for a week in June. Very excited!!! I wish everyone's surgery could be as smooth as mine has been. Feeling Blessed!!!

great job! Indeed it is strange how the taste buds change, I hated green Beans now, I eat them a few times a week.It seems so strange to want things I never really liked before my surgery. I find myself wanting coffee and salty things. Before I might have drank coffee maybe one cup every 3-4 months and never liked salty things. Post op weight loss 65lbs surgery was 3-7

very nice!!I'm doing well. Down 58lbs from my preop diet. I've been hitting the gym hard the past two weeks and I'm building up a lot of strength and stamina.

Hello fellow Marchies! Hope everyone is doing well and the pounds and inches are melting off.

. Wow! I'm sending prayers your way and I hope things get better for you. Please keep us updated. The last post I made I stated that my appetite was poor, well, it went from poor to none. I was away interviewing for jobs out of state. I was 7 weeks post op. And then the projectile vomiting, nausea and stomach pain started. I was in the ER for 4 days but they only make you comfortable but wont do more. I had to fly home and head straight to my hospital and my surgeon found that my opening from my pounch to my intestine was completely closed. No wonder nothing went down. I had to have a GI doc open me up with doing an EGD with the tiny camera. Now the camera I was told also had trouble fitting in. Im still in the hospital and have to do it again out patient procedure in 2 weeks. Glad but also sad. Not a great experience. Had regrets.

yeah, it took a few days for it to calm down on me too..lol...I feared that more than the surgery..lolHope so but it was for a day only I removed it as soon as I got in my feet. I told my doctor or don't need one but still he inserted it. I had such a fuss about it.

I was on POF for 2 days, some strange ppl there. Had trannies and very weird females message me, I'm single but not desperate!

I do believe that is due to the catheter you had in you, it will get better.

only thing I have to offer is to not compare your loss to others, everyone is different. Take every pound loss as a step forward, and stay away from the scales, I weigh myself no more than every other week.I know im not a march post opp im april post opp rny. I have decided to write a post cuz ive noticed that myself and 2others are around the same loss around same time and the 3of us seem to beating ourselves up feeling that not enough loss all 20_24pound loss. I jus looking to see if i can get any words of advise i can share. Thanx.

not all men, I like my ladies with curves..not into bags of bones..sorryMen are men, no matter what country or race they are, they want their women to be slim and not be over weight. Its like this especially in the Indian culture. If I was thin like a decade ago or even in my early 20s, I would have been married by now...sad but true, appearance is the first thing people see no matter where you go even if its for dating, marriage or work.

wow Erin! You look hot!!And here is me today. These are not my flowers, but they matched my shirt so my coworker took a picture. My pants are too big! I couldn't believe that I was actually "ok" with the way I looked in this pic. So I thought I would share. It's a big victory to think "wow, that's not so bad!"

I still can't eat much, only was able to get 3oz of chicken once..lol..I stick to that, fish with some veggies. Breakfast I might have 1turkey sausage and 3 table spoons of egg beaters. I can handle about 2oz of steak if I cut it small and chew well. If I get any cravings, I drink Water or grab a sf Popsicle ...nothing fancy..lol
