    light headed

I've never been hypoglycemic, and not diabetic. I am taking a vitamin, but they make me feel so full. I may try the liquid also. I felt so good until just a few days ago, that's when the dizziness started and the tiredness. I'm really trying to push my liquids and the protein. I've gotten some great tips here that I'm going to try. I do think it will be easier to get my protein when I can have solids and some meats. I'm looking forward to that.

Thanks for the input, it helps to know it's not just me. I'm really worried that something is wrong. Trying to increase protein and water.
  3. I'm 3 weeks out and everything I eat feels like it's churning. My full feeling happens all of a sudden so that sometimes I worry that I'm eating to much. I don't have a warning. I also feel hungry and crave foods which scares me, I'd rather never feel hungry.

    Eyesight any differnt?

Yes! I'm 3 weeks out and still not completely right yet. My surgeon said that every body system is affected and it is normal. I'm ready for this to go away.
  5. I'm 3 weeks post op and had been feeling great. I'm on soft foods and tolerating well, trying to get liquids in and working on my protein. It's a struggle because I just can't stomach the protein shakes right now. I recently have started feeling light headed and a little dizzy. It's an odd feeling, hard to describe. My blood pressure is normal. I just don't feel good. Anyone else experienced this? Planning to call doctor tomorrow.
