Friday is my weigh day, yesterday was my four months since surgery. Last week was the first time the scale did not move but I knew the problem so I got back on the Airdyne and this mornings wt loss was 5 lbs! That totals me a 70 lb loss (51 inches) in four months and only one lb from "onderland". I feel wonderful!!!

Another good Protein source I got from Amazon. It is powder and called UMP and I get Cookies & Cream flavor. One scoop has 130 calories, 21 gr protein and only 1 gr sugar. I love it.

So in sticking with my plan for the last three weeks, it was Friday morning and "weigh day". I was happy to see another 3 lb. loss to make 40 in 6 weeks. Then I took my measurements as I have done on weigh day and compared them with pre op measurements. I have lost 23 inches!!!
I felt so good about me, that after hiding my body from my husband for about a year or so, I walked from the bedroom to the clothes hamper in the utility room stark naked twice!!! He just smiled and asked me if this was a parade or an invite!!! LOL

I am sorry you are having this trouble and so thankful that I didn't. If you like Greek Yogurt, it is loaded with protein.......also I love the Premier shakes from costco of Sams club. They do have them at Walmart but they are more expensive. The chocolate is my favorite. 30 grams of Protein per drink...ready to drink

She was the only one I told and actually the only one I am close to out of 6 remaining siblings. I didn't tell her for over 3 months. Her first comment was "why couldn't you just eat like that w/o the surgery?" i told her that with a regular sized stomach I would starve to death!! She is one of those people who "doesn't get it", even though another sister of ours had the first "intestinal bypass" 39 years ago, lost down from over 400 lbs and ate way too much and had constant sh*** and after some years gained back about 100 lbs. I know the surgery was way different then. Of course this sister I told, I have not seen since 2009 and she had no idea until I told her that I had gained to 270. She cannot seem to lose her "3 lbs" but expects me to starve off over 100. I would send her that cartoon about what she can do with her opinion but I don't want to lose her.......I will just tell her "less" and expect the same
