  1. Periods! I started mine the day after surgery and it felt like it lasted forever! I wasn't expecting to bleed so much and for so long. Be prepared...it's normal :-)
  2. Thanks everyone. I appreciate all the advice and the passion behind it. Went back to my regular doctor and she said I have TOO MUCH B12. I'm an ultra absorber :-)
  3. I am an idiot. I'm in the wrong thread. I had RNY :-/ but I am going to make a labs spreadsheet and look into a better multivitamin. Thanks for all your help.
  4. Has anyone used the Solotron Multivitamin from GNC? I'm taking 2 Flintstones chewables a day along with Calcium, Vitamin D, B12 and Iron supplements. What does your vitamin load look like?
  5. Funny you should ask. I started having dizzy spells and asked my regular doctor to run my labs and takeover my care. She said the Multivitamin was fine but added Vitamin D and Iron to the calcium and B12
  6. My dr said don't waste your money. Get regular Flintstones vitamins (chew 2 a day) a b-12 and viactive
  7. I'm protein intolerant so it's more difficult for me. I did have some chicken yesterday that stayed down so that's a plus.
  8. The liquid part is the worst but I left the hospital after 3 days on soft foods. I suppose it depends on your doctor! Good luck!
  9. Breakfast - 1 slice of toast dipped in yolk of one egg lunch - 2 mozzarella string cheese dinner - 1/2 cup salad Snack - a handful of nuts
  10. String cheese. Every day. For every meal. Surely this can't be good. It's the only thing that doesn't make me throw up!
  11. What are y'all eating? The only thing that sits well in my pouch is string cheese! Please tell me I'm not the only one?!?!
