  1. I am so torn. I live in Portland and have always been a broncos fan since I went to my first bronco game when i was 10, I've also been to Seahawk games and i always root for them because they are the closest thing I have to a home team. Now what!? Lol

  3. I have been making a lot of lifestyle changes over the past three months and in that time I've lost 34 lbs, I haven't started my pre op diet yet but I am eating very clean and exercising regular. I'm an anxiety basket, I have been worrying about everything lately. I'm beginning to think it's all the stress and emotions of my upcoming major surgery. Today is a much better day. Thank you for your reply

So my surgeons office will be calling me Thursday to make an appointment to meet with my surgeon and then at that appointment he will give me a date which I was informed would be at most 1 month from that appointment... I have been so positive throughout all of this and I've been doing great losing weight and being active and eating right. Well I woke up this morning from my third bad dream about this surgery in the last week. Today I just feel fat and gross and like I'm going to be like this forever. Idk what is going on with me today but I can't snap out of it. Going to the gym here soon so hopefully that helps. Ugh thanks for reading.
  5. My doc told me i couldn't ever have alcohol again and that I couldn't even cook with it. Doesn't effect me though because I don't ever do either of the two.

  17. I know how hard it can be to stay positive in times like those... I hit a plateau in my loss and I increased my exercise and water intake, the scale moved shortly after that. My NUT told me it would have moved anyway regardless of the changes I made, she said sometimes our bodies are stubborn and we just have to wait it out. Try not to be discouraged and don't sabotage all the hard work you have done! Resist temptation and rise above, you are beautiful.
  18. Today I noticed it was easier to dry myself off when I got out of the shower...

  22. Yeah I don't think all men are pigs, I think women are guilty of the same things. It always seems like it's a much bigger deal when a man does it....
