  1. Hello everyone, I have been planning surgery for over a year, and have my rny surgery in March. I am wanting to get a handle on my eating and start introducing the healthier options to my diet now. I have started substituting the EAS Advantage carb control shakes in the morning, I am starting a 1500 calorie diet. My surgeon didn't say that I had to loose before my date, but want to make the most of my life change now! I am so excited to start my journey. My first thought was to eat all the foods that I will not be able to eat after the surgery, then quickly realized that I was setting myself up for failure before I even started, Any meal ideas would be greatly appreciated!
  2. I am having the rny in March and trying to get a jump start on my meals. I picked up the bulk pack of chocolate shakes yesterday. I like the flavor and will have to try the shake blended with a banana. Sounds great!
