I usually get tem when im stressed or just getting over a cold. Im not getting over a cold & i dont believe im feeling stressed. I was thinking since I haven't strated any Vitamins yet, ( doc said to start 1 month out). Im thinking my immune system might be low. I don't no. Im down 23 pounds & was feeling a lil sexy & cute but not with this lip thing. Lol pulling the covers over my head lol

I went on a cruise right before my surgery. Can u believe with all that food around I lost 3 pounds lol. I stuck to salad. Im 3 weeks out & I pray I can tolerate salad when the time comes. How far out are u? -

I had the same issue last night, I was soooo scared, I started praying & rubbing the spot. I did start belching. So I think it might be gas. I didn't feel it this morning. Hope u feel better. -

Im 3 weeks out and on pureed food, how many oz of protein should I be eating 2 or 4 oz?

Hi how long ago did u have ur surgery? Im 3 weeks out & been at a stall for over a week. I to have been trying things i shouldn't , everything goes down well also. How many oz of protein should we be eating, 2 or 4?

Hi, how long ago did u have surgery? -
I'm 3 weeks out & only able to get in about the same amount of water. If i get in 3 protein shakes, i only get in about 20 oz of water.
