  1. Thanks, No plastics yet. I went from a C cup too an A cup so I think I have a strong argument for some work to be done later!

  2. I run on a treadmill, I am not brave enough to run outside yet since I have a history of knee issues. So far my knees are holding up great though. I know that Jachut has said before that you can put your incline on .5 or 1 to simulate being outside. I figure I will get to 3 miles without passing out then raise the incline! Good luck today!

  3. HEY! How is the couch to 5K going? I just wrapped uo week 3 and looked at next weeks schedule! I about peed myself, run for 5 minutes!!?? LOL, I am sure it will be fine, I thought the same thing when I saw I had to run for 3 minutes. My legs are getting solid, though, and I really like that!

  4. They never looked at my pre-op deit or asked for proof but I know they will cncel it if you liver has too much fat around it. Imagine waking up and finding out they did not do the procedure. Stick with the the diet the rest of the time, I know it is hard but you HAVE to be compliant ont his kind of stuff. Believe me, it gets worse before it gets better but it is completely worth it. I ate so much cream soup on my pre-op diet I never wanted to see soup again. THen the hunger wears you down and you dont even feel it anymore it is weird. I had about 8 weeks between finding out I was approved and being able to do the procedure so I ate and ate and ate during that time and gained 11 pounds. Then I lost all of that plus 4 more before my surgury. First appointment was 284, highest weight was 295, date of banding I was 279. Hang in there!!

  6. Nope, no plastic surgery on the arms!! I torture myself with the triceps/biceps free weights though. I may have been cursed with a big ass but I was blessed with a thinner upper body!

  7. LOL! I cant remember, I think my smokin hot goal is 170 and my 'passoutwiththeshockandexcitment' goal is 160. I have been makingn my goals on my ticker in ten pound increments since I hit 190 just to keep it 'real' for me. To be honest, if I am anywhere in the ballpark of the 160's Iwill be thrilled! I suspect that I will lose a few more while I am working out the kinks of mainenance so it will all be good!

  9. Thank you!!! On my arm is the gowear fit! By the makers of the body bug but it is smaller and easier to use, in my opinion. Welcome - GoWear fit ? The Lifestyle and Calorie Management System I love it, i have lost 11 punds in the last 4 weeks because of it!! It takes the guess work out of it. The band got me to my first goal and with the help of the go wear fit, I will get to my ultimate goal of 160, woohooo! LOL, tori

  12. Hello!! I am a little late in replying, so busy this time of year. Well, I dont know that I have much for tips. I think the hardest thing for me is to drink before I eat and be well stocked on foods that are good for me and easy to make. I am never without South Beach entrees. I am fluctuating about 3 pounds right now with the holidays which sucks but in the past I would gain 10-15 pounds easily so I will take my 3 pounds! I am due for a fill, though, and and deciding if I want to do it after christmass or before! Thanks for your support, keep me posted on how you are doing!
