Its a challenge I am not able to do. Specially at winter its down to to 0.5L

I went to statehouse twice. Had Soup and salad only. Small amount of Soup first then carefully selected salad including chicken.

I tried some stake at an Italian restaurant and had to through out. Same happened at an Indian restaurant.

Since then I keep a plastic bag with me just in case I have to empty my stomach. U know.

I prefer to go to restaurants where I can order a takeout. Always avoid fatty or too spicy food.
