      During the audio for the sleep study, they listen to you snore! Or see if you talk in your sleep!

    Taking it one day at a time. This pre-op diet is something else! Sugar addiction is just about as hard as when I gave up cigarettes!

      Are you allowed raw veggies? I was and it got me through until the last two days of the liquid diet when i couldn't have them any more. Try those. i also made a dip out of plain Greek yogurt with some dry Ranch mix.

      Good for you!! Your journey has begun. It is not bad at all and once you are able to drink and take in liquids it gets easier every day. Be sure and let us know how your surgery goes.
