Thank you I look forward v to the NSV

I've made a change six months ago when I decided to go through the band. ...... thank you!

I recently had my band placed on 5/2/2014. So far so good. I've never had one moment of pain. I went back to work in one week and I also had my first fill (3 cc). I really must say this is definitely a lifestyle change. From the start of my liquid diet which was only one week (thank God) 4/25 to post-op appt I lost 21 lbs. Are there any tips and advice on how to be successful on this journey?
