  6. Hey Chris just check ur Facebook page amazing job very nice I had sleeve done too on 9/30/13 and I am almost 70 pounds down at. 3 months 68 exact right now I loss great job keep it up I get dizzy at times any advise

  9. I used to be a size 22 also I am now down yo 16 jeans and large top in 3 months was sleeved on 9/30/13 trying to get to size 10 myself congrats to u enjoy ur new body....... Any tips u have for us

  12. Exercise is the key to still loosing I am 3 months post op got sleeve on 9/30/13 and I am 65 pounds down I exercise a lot and I still do my protien shakes for bf everyday
  13. Don't give up u will get use to it as time goes along it was hard for me too right after surgery nothing was staying down the doctor kept me back an extra day just for that 3 months today and I am 65 pounds down
  14. 3 months post op today and 65 pounds lighter I feel great
  15. @rhondafrankin03 it's way to early for u to have pills u cannot swallow them as yet try gnc shakes too the strawberry is good it's called lean shake I never tried the isoplus I heard they are yucky

  18. Hi maciasl2004 u are not doing anything wrong the weight slows down pretty early u have to keep exercising to keep it going that's what I do I am almost 3 months sleeved and I am down 64 pounds
  19. How about the premier protien shakes they are from Costco the vanilla is great I am 3 months post op and I still drink them for breakfast everyday I am 64 pounds down
  20. Had mine done on 9/30/13 already I am down 64 pounds I had no complications after surgery everything was successful thank God, just think positive. I live in jersey but got sleeve surgery in New York

I want to drop that 36 off hope fully by the end of January i would see what size I am but my goal is 180 I want to be a size 10 also I don't want to get too skinny but I need my bmi at a health number I am so happy it's under 40 right now I work out a lot and I still do liquids for breakfast but I eat solids for lunch and dinner In between I drink lots of water the key to this guys is exercise
