Tnx guys I do a lot of exercise on my arms and legs but the thing is the more u have to loose the more skin u get I don't have no hanging skin thank God but the elasticity in the skin is less my skin is soft, I bought my first bikini this weekend and it fits great no belly fat hanging over nothing but my tummy need work will show a pic when I am more comfortable guys good luck to you all

Hi and congrats I was sleeved September 30th 2013 the weight stalls time to time while loosing you just have to be patient this week will be 7 months post op for me and the weight has slow down a lot but I work out a lot so I still see results the sleeve is just a tool u have to do the work congrats tho u are on ur way to a healthier u
