Every week is getting better. Had my first official dumping tonite though. Thought it didn't happen with sleeve. Did not eat too much, just potato soup. Not fun -

I was actually allowed to eat saltines at week 2. They melt pretty quickly. -
You decision to have surgery was for you, not to fix him. We all make the hard decision when our time is right. Focus on your own health, he is a grown man and responsible for his. Be supportive of good decision but face it, having surgery yourself is enough to keep you focused.

Ike's, I hit the dreaded stall! Not going to worry. Eating 300-400 cals a day will not slow my weight loss. Even after I suggested staying off the scale I cannot help but look. Promise myself not to get on again until the weekend. -

I'm 2.5 weeks out, oct 30. Lost 24 so far. My provider told me to stay off scale everyday. Fluid still fluctuates so it might "stall", no worries, there is no way you are eating enough calories not to lose weight. -

Sad outcome. I hear that's very rare. I'm 2.5 weeks out, broth Soup with soft potatoes, yogurt', pudding, only 1/4-1/2 c. -

I also had sleeve end of October. The concept of head hunger really makes sense for me and comes and goes. Try to find 1-2 people who can really support you. Thank God for my husband. He's been wonderful.

I told very few people of my surgery oct 30. Did not want all the "eyes". I only told people who would be supportive. This is a good site. You will not feel alone ~best

Hate autocorrect. My stomach is not hungry but my mind thinks I am.

Head hunger really makes sense to me. I am 2 weeks post op-sleeve. My stomach is not gingery but my mind is. I too realize how much food I was eating before. This is really going to be a challenge but the weight is coming off.

Hope your surgery went well. I am 16 days post surgery. Everyday gets a bit better. Sitting here at my 2 week apt. Hoping to get news about advancing my diet but not sure how that will go.
