They recommend no caffeine 2 weeks including the day of surgery Decaf tea should be ok however they will probably want Clear Liquids 2 days prior the day of surgery

Even though the scale don't move keep measuring the waist with a tape measure once a week you will see a reduction regardless.

Blood pressure during movement
-
I started my annual physical today and the subject came up of the pain. They ruled out my prostate which was mad uncomfortable if anybody had that done before knows what I mean. I don't have to test my blood sugar anymore. However I have a problem with my blood pressure during body movement. The medical doctor wants to consult with my sleeve surgeon. They suspect that they might have to add another meal daily. So that would mean 4 meals a day up from 3. I hope I don't need surgery again with this peeing problem.

Guess what I have to see a urologist cause of pain when I pee. They suspect there might be scar tissue from the sleeve surgery blocking.

I'm still trying to reach goal weight of 165. I'm 183 now. I get bloodwork done tomorrow. Check my levels. But overall can't complain.

I think you need to read over your recent posts in both your accounts, its all about food portions and overeating.
Concern about stretching your sleeve knowingly eating more than you are told to saying your going to overeater’s anonymous etc
It doesn’t; effect any of us if you manipulate or twist what your told to do and not follow your rules it only effects you.
Showing concern one day for what you are doing then explaining it away with why no its actually ok for you to knowingly overeat the next is going to cause issues for yourself.
Again not any of us but you and you only.
You do make a good point. And your correct. I'm just fed up. I'm just going to have to do more research and seperate fears, facts and fallacies.

I've been thinking what's the big deal if my food weighs 6.5 oz instead of the recommended 5 oz. I figure as long as I take 45 min to eat. What's the big deal.

35. A 49-181 is the range

How does one know if the sleeve stretched. I mean lets say your supposed to have only 5 ounces total meal weight. But the meal turns out to weigh 7.5 ounces. And this is done over a couple of months. Would those couple of ounces really make a difference?

Just opened my mail and their was a letter and a script for Iron from my surgeon. Just like they stated they would contact me if their was a problem with the blood work they did like 2 weeks ago.

Okay I need some clarification so when I weigh my meat and veggies then I take the food off the scale then I add some fat free gravy and some shredded mozzarella. So does my adding gravy and like 2 pinches of shredded cheese. Do I have to include those in my weight. I think its more a volume thing. The gravy and the cheese really don't expand in the stomach. Can I get some feedback on this.

Well I am pleased to say that I don't feel any acid reflux. Whew. I am stll getting slight rumblings in the stomach but that's been going on since day one.

A normal weight loss pattern is not a sloping line. It actually looks more like stair steps. So there's really no such thing as a stall, you're just on a stair. Hang in there.
I like that it is so true. It makes sense.

Also look at it this way the exciting part is your getting a second chance with a new lease on life and maintained health. Think about all those clothes that were so nice and they didn't have the right size. That's all gonna change. You will be able to wear what you want at affordable price ranges.

I was scared but ill share that they gave me anaesthesia that put me out in less than 60 seconds. Next thing I woke up in the recovery room. Everything was worth it only pain I felt was like I did too many sit ups.

Make sure u continue to walk it helps relieve the gas which will take like 2 days minimum to stop feeling it. Also walking will prevent blood clots make sure they put those air compressing wraps below the knee on your leg it mimicks muscle movement when u are in bed.
