  4. Ok so at my doctors office they told me just to take slippers some comfortable clothes to wear while I'm there and to wear when I get out. I'm planning on taking my phone charger and my nook. Any other suggestions on what to take with me? Also what should I have at home when I get back home? I have my prescriptions already and my protein to make shakes. My doctor said on my third day I could have any soups just to strain them or blend them. Were y'all told the same thing? Any suggestions on what soups I could buy that have a decent taste? I know how to make soups but I don't want to cook my first days at home I don't know how I'm going to feel, I hope great =).

  14. Question: how much protein is everyone that is pre op taking in daily.? I'm drinking four ounces of skim milk with one scoop of protein which is 30 gram in each scoop, I'm drinking this four times a day. On my diet it doesn't say how much protein I should be having a day it just says to have 3-5 protein drinks a day. I'm a little confused
