      Carlotta1, thanks for the encouragement!! I'm staying out of my kitchen as much as I can and no restaurants for this lady. In fact, my super supportive husband is taking the kids out to eat for these 2 weeks just so I won't have to smell food cooking.....he's the best :)

      carolinagirl, thank you for the encouragement....I will do it, I know it's not going to be easy. I start and the same week my husband starts his college semester, so life is going to be hectic around here :)
