It took about 4 months, I didn't have to do a supervised diet, so that helped. I'm having it done in Woodstock IL. I'm excited -

I have the mirena iud, it has stopped my.period completely and no one has ever told me they could feel it. -

Normally after the day I've had I would have eaten everything in sight. But I have 3 days left on my preop diet. And I stuck to it. I'm so proud of myself.

I don't think it would be so bad, if I wasn't splitting my shifts, I am working till midnight or 1 am and then having to be back at 8 am till noon then nap, then back at 4,,,,,glad this week is almost over

I don't have any energy on my preop to work out, I am only getting about 1000 calories a day, and I am working 11 hours shifts, so I barely have energy for that.

Our Nut told us that we could use those Protein shots when we were on clear liquids the first week if we wanted, just to get some protein in while we were on clear liquids, but that was the only week we could use them.

I'm not worried about what she is going to pick out, we have been doing a pinterest board of stuff I like and she thinks will look good on me.....BTW after 5 days on my pre op diet, I am down 13 lbs.

My headache didn't go away until day 6. But I'm down 13 lbs so I'll live with the headache -

I am training for the biggest loser 1/2 marathon in Racine WI on 9/21. i was training for it, before i got my date, so I will still be doing it, I am looking at a couple of 5ks int he chicago area also -

I don't think i could ever give up movies, that is my thing with my nephew. It super exciting , becasue it is drive in season, which means we take our own Snacks, so less chance of temptation.... but there are a few other things that i think i will be giving up.
