I appreciate that, just glad I took my before my appointment because the way I feel I'd never make it a mile

I wish I was on puree, I have 2 weeks of full liquids first....but I'm down 29 lbs since 6/3. So not complaining :-)

I think it's because she just whipped it out, my muscles hurt

I had my drain taken out today, and I feel like she ripped my insides out, I'm in more pain than when I came home from the hospital the muscles are killing me

The way I look at it, I'm not going through all this, and siding back, it helps that I have an awesome support system, I've always been the one to take care of others, now all those people are helping me.

I started my pre op on 6/3 surgery was 6/9. I had my first post op today and I'm down 29 lbs since 6/3.....holy cow...it proves following the rules works.

It took me about 6 days and then all of the sudden....there it was. Try not to stress to much, that probably isn't helping..I think our surgery was the same day

But I tell everyone about my surgery

My team says vomiting is not normal if I am I should call them.

Thing is he gets my struggle he has lost a bunch of weight, so he gets it maybe not the same journey but similar
