I think you can try unsweetened almond or coconut milk I don't like regular milk so I use alternates, hope this helps!

1 to 3 tsp instant coffee granules (use Decaf if your plan requires it)
Amount of cold Water and Protein Powder to make up your shake, or a ready-to-drink shake
Dissolve the coffee in a small amount of the water. Add the rest of the water and the Protein powder and shake! Add ice if you prefer. Add a little more water if you want it thinner.
chocolate protein powder for a mocha, vanilla for a latte. You won't need a sweetener because the Protein Shake is already sweet.
