Thanks all!!! I appreciate all the input I'm feeling a little dehydrated today as my toilet routine (yeah that's embarrassing) took a turn definite turn into liquidville ???? Anyways I've already downed a liter of Water, incredibly I've found that my body tolerates room temp water better. I'm still on clears on won't b able to advance to fulls until Tuesday after I meet with my dietician and doc. I'll try to get the unflavored unjury, thanks for letting me know about it! Okay I'm rlly thankful for this forum. In proud to say that I'm down 20.4 pounds from my initial weight!!! That makes me feel great about it and the strength to keep me going! God bless Tasha

  3. Well I had gastric sleeve on November 4, I was excited and scarred and ready to get it over with. I'm feeling great but I struggle with some nausea especially while consuming the protein (idk if it's from burnout or what) I don't crave food and I'm not hungry but my spirits aren't as high as I thought they would b. anyone have any similar post op feelings??
