I'm on full liquids and I've been taking my RTD Atkins shakes and mixing them with my protein powder. It's 40g protein and gets me thru til atleast 1-2 and I have my 24 oz of water in between. It's only 263 calories and helps me, just thought it may help someone who's struggling... Susie

Everytime I purée a food or eat some egg custard, which is allowed by my doctor, I get full off of 6-7 bites and I feel very tired afterwards, I know about walking and all but wanted to know if it's normal. Thanks

3 Days Post Op, Need Protein.

You can also get the protein bullets from Walmart by body fortress they have I think it's 42 grams protein, but while on clears I did not worry about protein either until I got to full liquids which I'm on now. -

It will come off, I'm 8 days out and on day 5 I was only down 8 pounds and now I'm 13 pounds down. It'll happen just give it a week or two. -

Surprisingly, I'm getting really full on full liquids alone, I'm glad but I'm also surprised. I can drink a shake but a blended soup really fills me up after 6-7 bites and I'm done. -

U get it placed inside u, the para guard is good for ten years, no added weight gain and no hormones, works for 10 years. Worst case scenario an arm can break off and u will have to replace it, luckily I haven't had that problem.
