  1. I have 30 to average 40 to fabulous but im stuck!
  2. I had my first fill exactly one week ago. I can't eat mostly anything. I get full right away. Not only that, after a certain amount it gets stuck there and sometimes I had to go throw up or it just stays there. The funny thing is that the first week I was fine, maybe a little tense and tight feeling in my throat. One week after is like my body noticed the band has been filled and it rejects whatever food it does not want. :omg: I had 1.5 cc. Is that normal? I mean it is ok with me but I just want to know if it is ok.

  5. How much are you guys losing? Im not doing too good....
  6. I hate sweets so im doing really bad at Proteins but if you like them, shakes is the best. I prefer chicken.....
  7. But does it hurt the stomach or not? Or the "stoma". Can you take the capsule or are you supposed to take the contents?
  8. Speed? LOL Sounds like a party. :clap2:
  9. So the first fill.... The doctors should be a little more communicative. My doc`tor doesnt say sht. It's good to know that Im not completely failing. thanks!!!!!!:clap2:
  10. 23 pounds? Congratulations! you must be doing something right. Tell me what you eat!
  11. Im very disappointed. Losing faith because I have only lost 20 pounds and it has been two months (banded August 25th). Not fair.
  12. I think Im not doing good at all. Two months and only 20 pounds....
  13. Exactly! The band helps you but you have to go on some program. I am doing shakes all day with lots of ice that serve as my water intake too. Three shakes a day and praying for the day when my "baggie" gets filled.
  14. Aleluya for restriction for I have none right now. I am going as though I was in a very strict (crash) diet where I go hungry all day and all I eat is water. I am just waiting patiently for an eventual fill where I will not be so hungry. I'm even thinking about taking an appetite suppresant....
  15. I feel better today. I saw Dr. McDreamy today. Im being really good and back on the wagon. I think I needed more protein.
  16. Well..... last night I went haywire and had 3 rolls of sushi. I just could not take it!!! This morning I had really runny cream of wheat with protein and that made me full all the way til lunch time. Funny what protein can do. Anyways.... that yes I broke my liquid fasting last night!!!! but just for a minute
  17. I was banded a week ago, no fill yet and im sooooo hungry!
  18. I was banded on 07/25/07. I'm on day 7 of liquids and sooo hungry! But I've been good. Mainly because I had no idea I could eat about anything. I thought I would gag and gasp or throw up. Anyway, I have lost 12 pounds. I am drinking water or Crystal Light every 15 minutes 2 ounces. I am also doing three protein shakes a day. I am looking forward to my first fill though. Perhaps then I won't be so hungry all the time.....
