Hello you all, I am going through ups and downs. I am scared to eat cause it hurt to eat sometimes and I'm always thinking about food that I should have ate. My diet is so strict that all I can eat is protein and that is all. my starting weight was 287 and now I'm 250 and that still don't curve my tears. All I do I cry cause I want to eat and I can't. I will be post 3 weeks on Monday 3rd

I'm so glad you said that I had my surgery on 02/10 and all I do is sit here in regrets. I cry half of the day and all I want to do is feel better. I'm down 30 lbs since 02/27 that when everything all started s I that's the only thing that keeps me going. But I'm glad to know that you are feeling good and I cannot wait until I feel the same

Thanks so much for asking about me. I doing fine I'm just going through the no eating. It is hard for me to eat and when I do try it hurt. Cannot wait till this pass

I am so glad th gat your surgery went well and that you are able to hold down your food. And thanks for checking on me. My incision are getting better but I'm not able to eat anything I am trying to drink my Protein shake. Well make sure Claire you keep us posted!!!!

I got my drain taken out this morning before they discharged me. And my staples removed

Hey you all had surgery on February 10th and I'm having a little pain. But it feels amazing beginning a new journey

My surgery is on the 10th Monday and I am very nervous and excited at the same time this is a new beginning. And I am going to ride along with the changes. I stated my liquid diet on 02/27 and it consist of 2 protein shake a meal with no starch down 11lbs as of 01/31. I want to wish you all well with the surgery and those who have had it already.

I'm will also be in the same boat with you all starting Monday. My surgery date is the 10th of Feb. I have to do 2 protein shakes a meal with no carb.

I certainly will be following and I wish you the best of luck in your journey. Yes family and friends can be judgemental. Just have to tone people out and focus on the biggest picture ur happiness ur health and make sure u doing it for you. I use to want it for attention, hell I'm not ugly with it on or off. Then I had to find me and now I'm doing it because I don't want any health issue and I want to be here for my kids. So again good luck!

I hope after I get done with all the require appointments that I have already schedule and get cleared I will be able to shout out a date too!!!!! I cannot wait!!!!!!!

Yes I have bcbs if Illinois and the doc said it should not be a problem getting the surgery approved just have to get cleared from the other test and docs

I'm so excited to take the next journey in life. I have my cardiologist and pulmonologist appointment on Nov 19th and my first one on one with the bariatric dr on Nov 27th. On Dec 6 I have my psychologist appoint and a follow up with the pulmonologist. These dates seem so far away and I am so excited and anxious. That's what my insurance required for me to get the surgery then if everything go well and I am cleared that's when I will get a date.
