Its the glue, not the steri strips. Same happened to me and before my follow up , i got the strips off. I couldnt handle it anymore. I have allergies anyway, so it was soooo bad. Tried hydrocortisone and benadryl. Didnt work. But take some internally and externally. Try ice too. I've been there and i know how bad that feels. My scars are worse because i gauged at them, so dont itch them too much. Miriam

Hats off to you. I know you need a week off. That is one job i know i can't do. Certainly need to recover well without job stress. I just talked to one other person i know thats had surgery with our doctor, who works with kids too. She had to have a RNY to fix a prior surgery she had in the 80s. Her surgery took 6 hrs and she ended up in the hospital 2x for complications. She is just now seeing kids after nearly 3 weeks. miriam

Good to hear from ya Tashie. I hope the pain goes away soon. I had my surgery on a Tuesday and went back on Monday. I was fine before the weekend anyway, but didnt want to run around at work. I am a therapist and i work with teens. What kinda work do you do?? Miriam

Well, im bringing sexy back 36lbs later and its good. Usually hubby is doing the chasing, but now i am. He knew the difference after 20lbs, but just imagine better pentration and being able to move better.. heck even get to that g- spot. Alright people get your sexy on!!!

Actually, i did that guilt free. I feel at social events, i am going to eat some things, just smaller portions. My real issue is chocolate. OMG, i has some bags for baby's party and left overs in my frig,... well, im slowing hacking away at it. Now, that i feel guilty about, but hey, i have a little too... Miriam

I was totally not going to do this, but did. We had a ice cream social today at our faculty meeting. Ice cream and brownie. Heck i did it anyway...Prepping for xmas and trying to deal with my winter allergies. I am so having hard time. miriam

ALoha Jackie, Im newer at this than you, but i would really add at least two shakes a day, a mulivitamin, get something for hair and nails(formula) from GNC. Even though you are getting Protein from your foods, i would still add the shake. costco make a great shake, premier, and also there is a huge bag EAS makes a shake. Go for it girl, good job on the weight loss.. Miriam

ok, today only, i have been feeling like my throat is narrowed and my own spit cant pass. Now when i eat my food its ok, when i drink its ok.. but i had some gum, and the sugars seemed to slow... ok, i know this was graphic, but i wonder has any felts this feeling in your throat. I did okay this weekend and i am able to eat my food fine with my 3ccs, but cant figure this out... miriam

ALoha ladies, Sorry you missed you two. I waited so to meet up with you but i had a meeting for one of my students late. It was our 16th anniversary too, so we went out and had fun. I got my first fill yesterday of 3ccs. Doing ok, and dont notice anything different. I am terribly thristy though and have been lushing it up with water. Baby's party was nice but im exhausted.
