My daughter is going to school on Maui and has been banded for a year; She can't afford to fly back to the mainland for a fill. Are there any fill doctors on Maui or Oahu?

    Yes, have her join our thread. We have lots of info in our Hawaii pre and post bansters group. Dr. Fowler, 808-263-5176 does fills here on Oahu. There are also docs in Queens Hospital and Kaiser. What type of insurance does she have??
